To make the nuggets, cut breasts into bite sized pieces. Soak in a mixture of 1 cup milk and 1 beaten egg for half an hour. I also added hot sauce. In a big bag that you will shake: 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, 2 tbsp powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp of each – salt, pepper, garlic powder. Take the chicken from the milk and add to the flour mixture and shake it all up. Fry in peanut oil at 350* till golden brown. To Make the CFA sauce: 1/2 cup mayo, 1 tsp lemon/lime juice, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp of your favorite bbq sauce. Mix all together and there you have it! (The measurements are a guesstimate, as I just tasted as I mixed, I did end up adding a dash of liquid smoke)
